I am happy to offer internship opportunities for undergraduate students who would like to learn first-hand about the workings of Capitol Hill and constituent services in my district offices. Interns have the opportunity to learn about the legislative process, interact with constituents, develop research skills, and assist with administrative responsibilities.
My internship program is open to college undergraduates, regardless of major. There are two different programs. The summer program consists of two sessions (six-weeks each) and can accommodate a maximum of five students per session. The academic year program is for undergraduates who are attending a DC-area college or who are participating in a semester in Washington program sponsored by a college or university.
I am now accepting applications for my spring internship program in my Washington, DC and Raleigh, NC offices.
Wednesday, November 6th.
*Internship Dates in Raleigh and Washington to be determined.*
- Application Deadline: Wednesday, November 6th.
If you have any questions, or issues with the application please send an email with the full application to NC04.Intern@mail.house.gov.
